Actress, Teacher, American Accent Coach
I was born in New York City to actor-musician parents, and grew up moving around the United States and Europe with my mother and half-sister. I began performing at the age of four, and always felt more at home on stage than off. I studied acting, singing, dancing, instruments, performed in every kind of theatre there was, directed plays, attended top artistic and educational institutions for acting and classical singing…In the end, I reached a very high level of theatrical and operatic performance in London and around the world, but still felt artistically dissatisfied with my hard-won achievements. It wasn’t until I studied Meisner Technique with Tom at The Actors’ Temple, and was subsequently directed by him in Three Sisters, that I breathed a lifelong sigh of relief; I’d found the missing artistic piece I’d always been searching for, and was given a chance to reach my fullest artistic potential.
